Marketing Customer Support Specialist – Coventry – 12 Months - £17.21-£22.62 Per Hour
This role is to work in retails brands with a large global organisation to achieve the highest level of customer service.
Duties will be to respond to customers, enquiries in an exciting line up of products, introduce customers to the retailer network and support them to deliver an exceptional customer experience, be part of a large team, working in a fast paced and energetic environment whilst managing inbound and proactive contacts to and from customers, retailers and third parties on a daily basis. Responsible for managing customer and retailer inbound and proactive outbound contacts via telephone, email, social land digital platforms, being knowledgeable in automotive brands and products, identifying prospect customers and generate leads to the retailer network, update CRM systems to ensure complete Data Protection compliance, support the retailer network to assist them in achieving a best I class service.
Candidates will be knowledgeable expert in brands, strong stakeholder negotiation, numerate skills with excellent attention to details, ability to outline information in a straight forward manner, results orientated with determination to make things happen, clear demonstration of a customer first mind set, excellent time management skills, multi tasking, able to make quick and competent decisions.
