Due to expansion we have an exciting and varied opportunity to join this successful family run local medical business.
We are looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support this small and friendly team.
This company offers industry leading knowledge and training expertise within their specialised medical field to a wide base of clients.
As Sales and Marketing Assistant you will assist the team in providing clients with a bespoke multi-channel sales and marketing campaign.
Responsibilities will include supporting the sales and marketing team with administration, customer service and social media assistance.
You will provide online customer service and support through online chat and messenger services.
You will have a confident and professional telephone manner, able to build long lasting client relationships and manage multiple tasks to meet contract deadlines.
Through extensive training you will build both product and service knowledge to enable you to provide a high level of customer service to all clients.
You will also be responsible for both online and social media customer support for a registered charity within the medical aesthetics sector.
We would expect the successful candidate to have good administration skills, previous experience working within sales support or marketing would be beneficial, along with strong IT skills including social media management and customer service.
If you have an interest or previous experience in the beauty, aesthetics or pharmaceuticals industries this could be an advantage.
