Position: Hotel Receptionist (NIGHTS)

Working Hours: 32 hours per week
Working Days: 4 Over 7 Per Week Flexible
Salary: £10.00 per hour (to be reviewed)
This isn’t your ordinary receptionist job. There’s no over the counter check-in here. At YOTEL we have check in kiosks where we walk our guests through check in at a pace they set. From Self Service to hand holding, you’ll be managing guests in a variety of ways.
We are looking for a superstar receptionist to join our Mission Control team. Fantastic customer service skills are a must. A knowledge of the local area to support guests as needed is desired.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities:
· Updating internal systems of guest presence.
· Support & completion of night audits.
· Maintaining security of the building at all times.
· Taking payment for outstanding charges and keeping accurate records of these.
· Guest satisfaction and interaction.
· Working with the Sales & Revenue departments to highlight key corporate leads based on booking trends.
· Maintaining general cleanliness of lobby area and other public areas
· Assisting F&B team to drive drinks sales and provide late night refreshment for residents (training provided).
