In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support to the communications and marketing team, including but not limited to assisting with the preparation of presentations and materials, coding invoices, scanning event rosters, managing department email inboxes, ordering supplies, and other office duties as assigned.
- Manage inventory of promo items, hospital materials, lab supplies, exhibit displays, tablecloths, banners, shirts, stationery, kitting boxes, poly mailers, branded tape, tents, tables, and other marketing assets. This includes monitoring and tracking incoming/outgoing items from marketing storage and maintaining the marketing storage room and functional areas, so they are always clean and tidy.
- Fulfill incoming requests for Events, Hospital Marketing Materials, Pet Resources, and other special kitting projects and/or mailings; maintaining all records associated with these projects and communicating with relevant stakeholders about project status.
- Promotional product sourcing (ex: specific promotional products, exhibits, or special event items).
- Mass faxing via OpenFax.com for hospital announcements and fax list management.
- Support meeting and event setup and/or tear down.
All about you:
- The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience and a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. In addition, this position requires:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required. Knowledge of Canva, HubSpot, Qualtrics, and/or similar tools a plus.
