Position Statement:
The Manager will be responsible for defining, creating, and delivering exceptional data driven, customer centric solutions that drive competitive commercial advantage for our hotels and ownership groups within a specific region.
Crucial to this role is executing the Marketing and eCommerce strategy in support of the defined region. Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering the strategy and approach for defined destination(s), customer segments and customer origin
- End to end delivery of marketing campaigns for defined region based on market requirements
- Driving Marketing and eCommerce activity to meet revenue and share targets
- Supporting in-market relationships to improve effectiveness of Marketing activities
- Measuring and reporting on regional performance and communicating with hotel-level and above property contacts
- Effective collaboration and partnership with hotel-level destination contacts as well as central teams
Position Summary:
Support the delivery of a tailored annual Marketing plans, including offline and digital destination-specific campaigns throughout the year, leveraging Enterprise campaigns wherever possible and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to be able to adapt to business needs as they arise.
- End to end planning and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline media channels for B2C
- Partner with colleagues in other primary and secondary destinations to build outbound source-market activity across markets
- Liaise with the relevant internal and external teams / agencies and partners for campaign execution
- Manage resources and budget for the region / campaigns
- Pre and post campaign reporting and analysis to determine opportunities, understand campaign successes and key learnings
- Provide regular marketing updates and digital performance updates to commercial stakeholders
- Act as a liaison with Hotel Marketing & Regional Marketing & eCommerce Services
- Provide support to all hotels in the destination to optimise their online and offline hotel presence, with a focus on growing book direct revenue and channel mix
- Develop positive local partner, agency, and hotel relationships with senior stakeholders
- Create and deliver presentations and destination performance reports as directed by Directors and Senior Managers
- Support performance of non-contracted leisure business by being accountable for commercial channel performance to the destination

- Travel requirements: as required, approx. 1-2 trips abroad a year
- Hybrid working - minimum 2 days in the office, flexibility to working from home on other days
- Effective collaboration skills with previous experience of identifying and bringing on board local partners across multiple markets
- Ability to work well within a team whilst being able to work independently, self-starter
- Excellent Project management and time management skills - ability to handle multiple deliverables at the same time to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Creative and able to come up with innovative solutions to problems
- Ability to present findings (story-telling) to internal and/or external customers and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience reviewing complex financial and performance data, manipulating data, developing insights and providing campaign performance updates - analytical skills, attention to detail and preferably experienced in using Adobe
- Sound decision-making ability
- Proven campaign delivery experience including integrated marketing strategy, digital marketing experience and eCommerce experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools - Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficient in reporting tools such as Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics or similar
- Languages: German, Italian, French or Spanish
- BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of
- Hospitality experience
