The Role:

Reporting to the President, you will be instrumental in supporting revenue growth and brand awareness by developing, managing and tracking demand generation programs to drive and nurture leads, build pipeline and accelerate opportunities to close. You will work on the development of new initiatives and solutions offerings with both internal and external stakeholders and will develop integrated marketing plans that span the entire marketing matrix. You will ensure that the marketing initiatives and activities assigned to you align with our strategic priorities.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Manage and execute key digital marketing programs that support new customer growth and renewal rates of existing business. This includes managing e-mail marketing, social paid ads, google ads etc.
  • Work alongside sales leadership to plan, execute and track impactful, integrated marketing programs to meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Assist with the creation of content marketing and channel distribution strategy on social media.
  • Assist with running audience awareness campaigns for events in London UK, Toronto and Vancouver.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of our marketing programs by measuring and evaluating key success metrics including AOV, ROI, net new customers, etc.
  • Manage lifetime value analysis and optimization
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to build and optimize the digital marketing funnel
  • Optimize e-mails by testing and iterating
  • Be responsible for development of the content strategy for specific projects including ad copy and content. Work with content and design to effectively brief, review and tweak as performance dictates
  • Develop and implement ad A/B tests for various brand/product campaigns. Track effects of audience saturation on campaign performance

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience, including e-mail marketing and paid ad optimization
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Pardot and Salesforce a definite asset
  • Social Media expertise is a big asset
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Outstanding ability to translate the strategic communication needs of a client into appropriate and impactful creative executions
  • Experience building high-performing social media ad campaigns
  • Experience working with and/or managing digital agencies
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to collaborate effectively with a diverse and sometime remote team
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
