Operations Manager - Leeds - upto £42k + 3k on-call allowance – 2 day shifts, 2 night shifts, 4 days off rota - Excellent benefits

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a fast paced organisation based in Leeds City Centre. The Operations Manager will be supporting 2500 users across 4 data centres worldwide and be responsible for managing a team of 3. As an Operations Manager you will have technical knowledge of 2nd line support, Servers, Monitoring systems and ITIL. Any experience of ITSM is advantageous but not essential.

As the Operations Manager you will have at least 1 year experience in leading a service desk team dealing with work allocation, appraisals and 1 to 1’s.

The Operations Manager will work a 4 on 4 off rota including 2 night shifts. For example, Monday 7am-7pm, Tuesday 7am-7pm, Wednesday 7pm-7am, Thursday 7pm-7am, Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. All shifts will be based in the office in Leeds.

**You MUST be able to pass a credit and criminal check**

Operations Manager Lead Key Skills

  • Strong IT Support background (1st & 2nd Line)
  • 1 years’ experience in a Team Leader / Manager position
  • Servers
  • Monitoring systems

  • Conducting Appraisals and One to one’s,
  • KPI and SLA adherence
  • Progression plans
  • Excellent communication skills
