Cleaner

Classification and Status: Permanent Part-Time, OPSEU Hourly Wage: $19.82 - $20.92

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Environmental Services, the Cleaner maintains high standards of cleanliness and
sanitation throughout the facility by cleaning and sanitizing rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas
following established policies and procedures.

mopping, stripping/waxing, sanitizing/disinfecting, cleaning
windows, floors, walls, mirrors, fixtures, handrails, doors
and doorknobs, sinks, toilets, counters, etc.

• Complete scheduled cleaning routines

• Prepare room for new residents following established

• Notify the manager when supplies are low or equipment

• Conduct daily water temperature reading.
