Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00 (37.5 hours)

Job Overview
We are looking for several full stack developers to join our growing team. You will be working with a team that have varying levels of experience and will help to improve our existing platform, be that through enhancing existing features or designing and building them from scratch. This will include, but not limited to, working with C#, React, SQL. The role involves mentoring junior members of the team to help develop the individual, team and company as whole.
Your day to day responsibilities include:
- Be involved in planning work, including estimating work at the sprint and larger project level.
- Take ownership of work assigned and ensure that it is delivered within the agreed timeline.
- Work as part of a team and on your own initiative to complete assigned tasks.
- Mentor and guide more junior team members when required.
- Continue to self-educate, grow your knowledge, and contribute to the wider team and department.
- Communicate within your team, department, and other stakeholders within the business.
- Offer design insights to help enhance the existing product.
- Make suggestions to help improve the efficiency of the team and department.
We require you to have:
- Experience designing the architecture of complex web applications.
- Strong knowledge of React or equivalent framework.
- Solid understanding of .NET development.
- An excellent understanding of SOLID principles and how to apply them.
- Demonstrable experience with databases and SQL programming.
- Flexible, hardworking, and enthusiastic.
- Applicant should already have legal right to work in UK.
- Excellent grasp of spoken and written English, if applying in the UK.
Desirable:
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript.
- Exposure to the latest ASP.NET Frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Git.
- Exposure to GitLab.
- Experience working with Geo-spatial Solutions (GIS).
- Demonstrable knowledge developing with unit tests.
- An interest or knowledge of the telecoms industry and mobile networks.
- 3 years living and working in the UK to go through security clearance.
