The difference you’ll make:
As the leader of a small team responsible for meeting registration goals for the Vivup platform, you must possess exceptional commercial skills and the ability to handle pressure to succeed. You'll closely collaborate with the Communications team to aid Vivup clients throughout their onboarding and contract period. Your primary task will be providing them with regular communication materials to raise awareness about the benefits offered to employees and to encourage them to register on the platform.
Since you'll be working with a diverse client base, including public sector organizations like NHS trusts and councils, SMEs and corporate businesses, you'll need to adapt to their various needs and internal communication methods. To ensure high client satisfaction, you'll work hand in hand with the Client Success sales team to maximize the value that your clients bring to the business and the value that they receive from you as their benefits provider. Your role will demand excellent stakeholder management skills.
Who we’re looking for, role responsibilities:
- Own the B2B2C communications strategy, working to targets of user registrations and benefit engagement
- Ensure the most successful client launches through communication plans agreed with organisations
- Relationship creation and management with organisations through ongoing communication reviews and optimisation
- Track performance across multiple areas – adherence to SLAs, communications usage, new registrations and user sessions, event ROI
- Managing a small team, their personal development plans and day to day coaching to deliver the team’s objectives
- Continuous review and improvement of materials and processes
- Responsibility for ensuring the team produce engaging communication materials that clients are motivated to share and thus support our strategic objectives
- Work in partnership with the Client Success Managers to maximise opportunities and take on board client feedback
A bit about you, skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Comfortable working independently with autonomy to tight deadlines
- Able to visualise materials that convey detail in a clear and easily digestible format
- Experience in increasing participation through effective communication approaches and methods
- Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and provide client plans for support
- Experience working on CRM mapping to be able to identify improvements in engagement
- Experience in working to targets and tracking progress against these, comfortable providing metrics around performance
- Experience leading a small team with a coaching style to deliver to targets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A confident presenter who is happy to represent the company to clients
