You will be responsible for:
- Conducting product demonstrations to decision makers and C-level executives
- Promoting the company’s software by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Work with the whole Sales teams in driving KPIs; meeting sales goals and targets
- Collaborating with the product team to gain a deep understanding of our software from both the user and admin perspective, whilst keeping abreast to industry competition
- Continuously improving and optimising Onetrace’s business development strategy
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, product features, or new ways of reaching markets
- Identifying key accounts and opportunities; pitching sales and product features to new and existing customers
- Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners
- Creating sales forecasts with the team and actively working towards reaching them
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings both internally and externally
- Fostering strong relationships between clients and the business development team
- Leading the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal structure, closing and onboarding
