Role Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join our UK Marketing team and lead the iconic Fridge Raiders brand (£105m RSV) for a 6-month period. Fridge Raiders has grown rapidly for the past 4 consecutive years, so this is an exciting time for you to take the reins as we build on this momentum with a bold new Comms campaign, Big Bet NPD, and an ambitious plan to expand our Physical Availability.

In your time with us, you’ll have full end-to-end ownership for Fridge Raiders, so we’ll be looking for you to treat the brand like your own business; proactively identifying ways to drive growth, owning the in-market results, and ensuring all initiatives are executed to a consistently high standard. Not only that, but you’ll need to coach your direct reports to achieve their goals, play an active role in the Snacking Business Team, and partner with our agencies.

this role will be a hybrid role, you will be required to be in our Staines Office 3 days a week.


Key Accountabilities
  • Own the overall Activation Plan across the brand; ensuring we put sufficient firepower behind our Big Bets.
  • Coach the team to develop integrated activation plans, which address the strategic Jobs To Be Done, and are delivered to a high standard.
  • Lead our agency partners and the cross-functional team to ensure we maximize the impact of our activations in market, and deliver a positive ROI.
  • Partner with the Innovation Team and commercial teams to build consumer-led Innovation Platforms and to define the 1–5 year Innovation Pipeline.
  • Take full ownership of the Fridge Raiders brand; ensuring Brand Positioning / Tone Of Voice are executed consistently, in-year targets (Revenue, EBIT, Market Share and Brand Equity) are achieved, and the Marketing Budget is managed in a controlled way.
  • Line management of the Fridge Raiders team; coaching and guiding individuals to deliver against the agreed strategic priorities and developing future talent.
  • Collaborate with the broader cross-functional team to ensure initiatives land with maximum impact.

Skills and Experience
  • Marketing experience in a FMCG organization
  • Experience of leading teams and agencies
  • Experience of developing TTL Comms campaigns
  • Experience of launching Big Bet Innovation / Renovation
  • Consumer-oriented and adept at leveraging insights
  • Commercially minded and results-focused
