We are seeking an Experienced butcher to join our friendly and experienced team.
Duties will include but not be limited to-
Preparing and cutting meat to specific requirements, Portion control, safely operating butchery equipment, Adhering to all hygiene and health and safety standards.
The successful applicant will have previous butchery experience with meat cutting and portion control. Good communication skills and excellent knife skills are a must!! As is the will and ability to work in a busy environment and meet deadlines.
Hours of work will be worked over 7days 7-5
