Position:
We have an incredibly exciting opportunity opening up at Nest Marketing, perfect for someone who is passionate about property, building client relationships and managing an eager team.
The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the Account Management and Design Team. This role has a strong focus on responsibility and delegation, as well as managing full campaigns from a cost and timing perspective, start to finish. Furthermore, this role can mean actively promoting new client relationships, whilst liaising with the full Nest Team.
This role is predominantly focussed on our Residential and Commercial client base, looking after off-plan, brand creation and brand awareness projects.

New Business

Requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 3 years agency experience
- 2:1 or above in relevant University Degree
- Previous Experience in Team Management
- Comprehensive Understanding of end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Creative Direction Skills
- Budget / Finance Management
Desired
- Experience or Understanding of the Property Sector
- Previous Experience with Xero, Quickbooks or Other Finance Tools
- Copywriting Skills
- Social Media Management Skills
- Basic Understanding of Google Analytics / Digital Marketing
