Job Overview
To provide efficient and effective caretaking/cleaning support to the Establishment including ensuring the general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
Main Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of internal and external areas of the property ensuring that the premises and furnishings are cleaned .
- Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness in line with the Contract , carrying out all daily, weekly, and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Individuals will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
- Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming, Emptying bins, Dusting, Polishing
- Cleaning of all work surfaces, Furniture, walls, light fittings
- Cleaning of baths, shower cubicles and basins. Ensure there is no lime scale on the showers.
- Cleaning of utility and communal areas.
- Perform all reasonable porterage duties as required. This will include retrieving and distributing cleaning materials, equipment and other relevant goods. Attend to visitors, contractors - including taking telephone calls and other messages.
- Responsible for safe and correct storage and usage of Caretakers materials, chemicals, equipment and machines.
- Report issues of concern and report any damages to management.
- Adhere to all Graysons properties, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.

- Driving license is essential.

- Up to 40 hours a week
