Centrica Storage Limited (CSL), have some exciting new positions for Offshore Maintenance Supervisor's to join the team.

Location: Offshore / Hull
This is an influential offshore leadership role, forming part of the Offshore Leadership Team. You will be responsible for delivering safe and efficient offshore maintenance across the asset base.
- Fulfil Emergency response management duties as part of the offshore Incident Command Team.
- Working with, and developing structured processes to assure the safety, and operational availability of the offshore production installation through effective planning and delivery of maintenance activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Utilise planning, scheduling, and organisational skills to manage the safe, and high-quality delivery of the schedule of maintenance work.
- Uses precision to complete detailed planning activities to prepare future and emergent maintenance work.
- Uses diligence and clarity to ensure compliance with discipline specific legislation and standards.
- Use of relationships and own specialist knowledge to leverage technical discipline input into operational risk and change management.
- Uses experience and seeks best practice to lead improvement initiatives and management of change.
- Participates in root cause analysis processes to resolve safety & reliability issues, identifying improvements.
- Uses influencing skills to manage and motivate a multi-discipline team of staff technicians, maintaining their competencies and personal development.
- Manages relationships with, and sets work for third party contractors on board the installation.
Work Experience & Functional/Technical Skills
- 5 years’ experience in a comparable leadership / supervision role
- Experienced People Manager
- Specialist engineering knowledge of offshore gas production facilities, or comparable process, industrial, or marine equipment.
- Proficient knowledge of a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) in relation to maintenance work planning, and materials management (CSL use SAP).
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient with the MS office suite of applications
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload in the face of competing demands
- Working knowledge of procurement, contracts, and project management.
- Offshore logistics competencies for helicopter flight management
Education and Certifications
- ONC/HNC in an Engineering discipline, or demonstrable competence through equivalent industrial experience.
- BOSIET offshore survival trained
- Offshore medical fitness certificate

Desirable certification specific to Electrical and Instrument Disciplines:
- High Voltage electrical switching authorisation
- COMPEX certificate (TECH-300-EEHA-01, EX01 through to EX04)
- Electricity at Work Regulations (TECH-300-EAWR-01)
- 18th Edition of the IEE Wiring regulations (TECH-300-IEE-01)

Desirable certification specific to Mechanical Discipline:
- COMPEX certificate (TECH-300-EEHA-01, EX11)
- LOLER competent person

- Incident Management Team member – controlling offshore emergencies
Flexible Working
- Provides absence cover for back-to-back job share peer group as part of the offshore 2 week on, 3 week off rotation
- Changes in shift rotation
- Delays to mobilisation to and demobilisation from the offshore installation
- Office work during field break to support major set piece activities and improvement initiatives
