Job Description
This is a generalist role in which you'll be working to assist in multiple areas of marketing and sales:
- Influencer Marketing - you'll grow and maintain our influencer network by building relationships with influencers, monitoring content and packaging engaging gift boxes.
- Community Management - building brand love by engaging with consumers on social media, responding to messages and comments, and creating engaging posts.
- Ecommerce - you'll improve our brand presence and user experience by updating and improving website content.
- Social Media - support and assist with shoot planning by sourcing images, managing product lists and sending products to location.
- Trade Marketing - you'll develop trade marketing assets that help us secure new business. Including, creating retailer presentations and packaging sample requests.
- Performance Analysis - regular monitoring and reporting to identify opportunities to improve.
- Market Research - conducting market and competitor research, including new product research.
- Events - you'll help bring our brands to live at key trade events but supporting logistics, planning and sampling.
- Shopper marketing - ensure we've got the right marketing materials in-stock at all times, you'll develop point of sale materials for in-store, manage merchandise orders and stock planning.
The Successful Applicant
- A level or apprenticeship equivalent qualification
- Interest in marketing and sales
- A willingness to learn
- A strong passion for food and wellness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
