We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our creative Marketing team.

You’ll be supporting the promotions team in the delivery of the annual promotions calendar through the production of in-store brand and supplier point of sale and all supporting implementation comms.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Assist in the production and proofing of all instore Point of Sale
• Responsible for the delivery of the Implementation Guide for our Off Licence brands
• Using the Buyers Cost Reports and Cost Report Amend Tracker to ensure accuracy
• Liaise with key suppliers on artwork requirements for Promotion Marketing Plans, communicating specifications and deadlines
• Manage phone calls and queries from franchisees and store managers as well as any other ad hoc requests
• Responding to support emails that come to the central Marketing email box to ensure all queries are dealt with effectively in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting in the creation of promotional briefs for key events in store and key business events
• Providing evidence documents for each promotion for our investing suppliers
• Work closely with Uber Eats to ensure all menus are up to date and supplier content is featured

About You

• Time management and working at a fast pace to tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and copywriting skills: spelling, grammar, and proof-reading
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of our business objectives and vision
• Creative thinker who brings fresh new ideas to life
• Ability to work alone and as part of a highly supportive team
• Skilled Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Presentation skills and confidence speaking to groups
