Marketing Assistant

it Luggage is seeking a competent marketing professional to support and drive its marketing efforts across all platforms and in all markets.

Working as part of a small busy marketing department this will be an exciting evolving role. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of marketing requirements across the global business with the opportunity to develop a broad skill set in both physical and digital marketing and impact the development of the brand.

Working in close alignment with the CMO, E-commerce Manager, Marketing Executive, and in-house graphics team, we are looking for a marketing generalist, eager to develop and highly motivated with a solutions orientation.

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant include:

· Write Design Briefs for graphic designers.

· Assist with day-to-day social media and Influencer management.

· Name new product ranges using guidelines and check for copyright.

· Assist with the management of global Showrooms (3) and sample management.

· Capture and edit pictures/videos to create content for social platforms/website.

· Contribute ideas and conduct market and competitor research.

· Manage global POS – artwork amendments, updating global selection tool.

· Assist the e-commerce team – preparing information for new stock uploads and reviewing photography.

· Write, edit and proofread content for multiple channels - website, social media and offline.

· Manage shared marketing calendar – updating product launches and planned activity.

· Assist in product photoshoots.

· Manage asset library for global use (photography, emails, banners).

· General Administration duties and support to the marketing and e-commerce.

Person Specification:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of social media and management programs such as Hootsuite would be beneficial.

· Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing job priorities.

· Ability to multitask.

· Forward-thinker.

· Previous marketing experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
