Employment type: Fixed term contract for 12 months (or the earlier return of the substantive post holder) to cover a period of maternity leave.

Duties;
· Provide support to the CEO including booking meetings and travel arrangements
· Compile Board reports and distribute via email to Board members
· Office management duties including ordering stationery and office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained
. Facilities duties such as managing utility contracts, liaising with Landlord and providing IT support/assistance
· Responsible for answering all inbound calls, taking messages, and transferring to the relevant person
· Monitoring and responding to the companies’ generic mailboxes ensuring leads and sales enquiries are actioned promptly and CRM system is kept up to date
· Providing general administrative support to the business such as printing, filing, scanning, updating presentations and documents. Implementing new processes and putting new procedures in place
. Finance and accounting duties such as raising quotes and purchase orders, processing invoices and expenses, reconciling account, chasing overdue and outstanding payments, assisting with payroll/payment runs
. HR duties such a recording and processing annual leave and absence, liaising with HR Solutions on employment issues
Knowledge and Skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work on your own initiative
· A highly organised approach
· Be fully competent using Microsoft office suite.
· Be a quick learner
· Ability to work under pressure
· The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously, be computer literate and have very good written and verbal communication skills.
· Communicate with all stakeholders in a professional, accurate and transparent manner.
· Contribute to a safe, supportive and enthusiastic team culture.
Experience
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
· Experienced in interfacing with senior executives and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
· Knowledge of using Xero accounting software is desirable.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
