PACKAGE: £28,000 - £32,000 plus benefits
REPORTS TO: PA / Office Manager

DESCRIPTION
Our statement Head Office in NW London is a fast-paced environment. Working with a group of dynamic people, highly talented engineers with an international background, this role would suit someone organised and efficient with a friendly and firm approach. You will have strong marketing and administrative experience; be an excellent organiser and communicator with great interpersonal skills.
You will be a natural multi-tasker and flexible to ensure you integrate well with the team and immerse yourself in the role. This is a crucial role for the company, overseeing the marketing and all general office procedures to ensure processes in the office flow efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Marketing Assistant:
- Ensure the Henriksen Studio brand identity is consistent and maintained on all company communications; internally and externally
- Keep internal templates standardised and up to date ensuring the correct templates are in use
- Lead the creation, production and distribution of all company marketing materials e.g. presentations, literature, brochures, etc.
- Oversee the development and execution and evaluation of brand-led multi-channel CRM strategies, which includes email campaigns and other omni-channel communications.
- CRM - maintaining the data information
- Develop with support from the team and upload content to the companies social media and website.
- Manage ordering and delivery of corporate branded items
- Support staff when attending events such as MIPIM and ZAK conferences.
Administrator:
- Support PA/office manager with ad hoc and daily tasks
- Reception duties, including answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms
- Following up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate
- Meet and greet guests, catering for visitors and meetings
- Support the induction of new staff and checklists for leavers
- Support Health & Safety, First Aid and Fire safety
- Point of contact for the wider team on office related matters
- Proactively taking initiative to improve practices, daily running, supplier offerings
- Assist with keeping bid library resources up to date
- Accurately filing and archiving records
- Assist in overseeing GDPR for the company
- Sorting and distributing post, parcels and deliveries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strong technical skill, especially in Microsoft Office applications, digital marketing software, and social media platforms
- Experience or interest to develop and maintain company databases
- Creative eye with a great sense of visual design and layout of materials
- Confident level of organisational and communication skills
- Experience in Graphics and Video editing
- Great analytic, research and written skills
- A good understanding of GDPR compliance
- Attention to detail and proactive attitude to day-to-day tasks
