An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join our team.
Working between our Oxford and Abingdon offices, your main responsibilities will be to drive awareness, traffic and leads for Finders Keepers by creating regular, relevant and interesting marketing content and ensuring it is content is repurposed sufficiently, driving engagement and leads via social media, tracking positive stories or testimonials and using them for content.

Key responsibilities include:
Organising external and internal events, sourcing new venues within agreed budgets, managing invitations and RSVPs, liaising with venues and creating presentations
Responding to requests for the design and provision of promotional materials and assist the Marketing Manager with creation of artwork, overseeing larger design projects and proof reading of marketing materials
Producing reports and statistics including an internal monthly marketing activity report; an office-by-office property marketing dashboard; customer source analysis; lead monitoring; social media engagement; and other research as necessary. Make recommendations based on your analysis and, once agreed, implement new strategies
Managing newspaper advertising, including booking space and creating content either in InDesign or using their ‘drag & drop’ system
Maintaining our client database and handling communication via Mailchimp
Ensure good internal communications between the marketing department, external customers and the offices
Knowledge, skills, experience
- Qualification to degree level
- Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience
- Strong organisational skills to plan and manage workload effectively
- Knowledge and experience of carrying out research and analysing results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills (inc. Microsoft Office and PPC)
