SF Recruitment are looking for an Administrator on a temporary contract starting ASAP, this position will be for 12 weeks; until at least end of October 2023. This is a full time office-based role in Leicester city centre.
The sucessful Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support for an education provider. You will establish and maintain relevant information to support two departments, working closely with Professional Development and will also help to assist the HR department and provide wider administrative support within the HR team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

To maintain accurate records

To process applications for activities, making bookings for individuals and groups as required

To research development opportunities in line with identified need

To oversee the Development evaluation process

To liaise with Finance to ensure compliance with financial procedures

To liaise with external training providers as required

- Compliance - Policies and procedures; including Health and Safety

To support, promote and operate in line with companies' mission and values
