We are currently recruiting for a Trade Marketing Specialist for our Travel Retail & Poland markets to join our team based in Milton Keynes, UK. Our travel retail pillar touches airports across europe giving you a diverse target customer and huge scope to work cross fuctinoally across Fossil.
Work life balance is important to us here at Fossil, with this role you will be able to take advantage of our agile working policy, our core hours are Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm beyond this you can work your 37.5 hours to suit you. We have just moved into a brand new office in the heart of Milton Keynes next to centre:MK with free parking and our global working policy is working 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
Make an Impact
You will make your impact supporting the Head of Trade Marketing Europe North & Center by strategically planning, executing and monitoring all trade marketing activity across the Travel Retail EMEA and Poland markets, as well as ensuring projects are completed in time, managing the marketing budget to optimize our return of investment and providing successful KPIs. You will be developing and implementing co-op in-store and digital marketing programs that drive conversion in partnership with our key customers. Duties will include:
- Designing and executing trade marketing plans based on coop marketing budget, global strategy and local commercial/customer goals to drive sales
- Owning the country trade marketing calendar across all brands and coordinate with the business team to bring these plans to life
- Submitting market–specific needs at the start of marketing budget/plan process
- Tracking marketing budget by brand and on GL code level throughout the year and give input in the budgeting process
- Working with key accounts on annual marketing plans in leveraging Fossil Group seasonal marketing packages and maximizing ROI
- Developing creative asset briefs for your campaigns across all brands in collaboration with internal design team.
- Collecting results, analyze, share & propose improvements for future actions

- Deep knowledge of digital marketing deep
- Commercial mindset; clear focus on driving sell-in and sell-out with key accounts
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in cross-functional multi-cultural in-store and/or online retail environments of consumer/lifestyle products
