We are looking for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our growing team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our global brand marketing team. In this fast paced and varied position, you will work with team members in the UK, Canada and Australia across both the Nous and NousCubane businesses (Cubane became part of Nous in 2021). You will be supported in your development by senior leaders across both businesses, and on the ground by the London-based NousCubane Client Development Manager, and Nous Marketing Manager.

In this newly created hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across all areas of marketing as you support the development and execution of campaigns and ongoing marketing activities to support the growth of the brand and key global sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the ongoing maintenance of the new NousCubane website (currently under development and soon to launch) including publishing content, monitoring performance and SEO testing (WordPress)

  • Managing priority NousCubane client/member events in the UK and Canada including logistics, registrations, venues, catering, travel, and accommodation.
  • Maintain NousCubane, Nous UK & Canadian client campaign and mailing lists in Salesforce, and executive email marketing campaigns.
  • Preparing brand marketing materials including collateral, website graphics and other digital assets
  • Drafting, proofreading, and editing copy for various marketing channels
  • General marketing and campaign administration tasks
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
  • Assisting with Nous event planning, logistics and execution (virtual and in-person)
  • In all these matters, navigating the data and other client sensitivities around organisations who may work with Cubane but not yet with Nous, and vice versa.

The practical skills desirable:

  • Have 2 + years' experience as a marketing, events, communications or content coordinator either in an agency or in-house.
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines across multiple projects to various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating clearly and professionally with a range of internal and external clients.
  • An ability to work autonomously, and as a member of a team to deliver competing priorities.
  • A tendency to think innovatively and explore new possibilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing is strongly preferred (CMS, CRM, social media).
  • Basic graphic design skills – or at least an eye for good design or what makes a strong image!
