Who we are
Huler offer a variety of solutions and services ranging from HulerHub, the world’s best-looking, fully personalised employee experience platform to bespoke software and digital learning content. All of which are designed to support organisations, and the people within them, grow. We have two Product Manager vacancies, working on either our SaaS product HulerHub, or client facing with our bespoke services.
HulerHub
HulerHub, is a brand-new and much-needed product that’s revolutionising employee experience for businesses globally. · Provide an active role in identifying risks & issues which could impact velocity / delivery
· Provide timely updates and challenges to the executive team & wider business
· Effectively communicate throughout the product life cycle
· Maintain standards of department & business documentation
· Take the lead on administration of the product backlog & board(s), utilising JIRA
· Keep abreast of product owner/ project management methodologies and share knowledge
· Actively collaborate with PMO colleagues to prioritise resourcing & embed best practise

We’d love to hear from you if you have…
· At least 4 years’ experience in a product management role, ideally within software development
· In-depth knowledge of product methodologies
· Experienced in writing technical and functional requirements & user stories
· Proven experience of stakeholder management at all levels of business
· Hands on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
· Excellent knowledge of user-focused design principles
· Strong organisational skills and unrivalled attention to detail
The Future
Our ambitions are not small, having completed a £2m funding round led by Mercia Asset Management VC to fuel our UK and US expansion in December, 2022. To have closed a round in the current macro-economic environment so quickly pays testament to the quality of our business. This is a very exciting next step and demonstrates that external investors see not only the value in what we are doing, but also the opportunity for growth and the importance of work tech & learning experiences like ours now, and in the future.
We’re looking for a person to help deliver our product roadmap and deliver value to our clients and internal stakeholders. This role will suit someone who wants to progress their career within a project or product environment.
The Logistics
At Huler, we support our teams to work how, when and where they’re most productive. We will never undervalue being together in person to aid communication and collaboration across all areas of the business. During your onboarding journey, there will be some travel to Stoke HQ (we cover travel expenses), this is to ensure you get the best possible onboarding experience.
