9 Months Fixed Term Contract

Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

About the role

We are currently seeking a Data and Insight Analyst to Provide management information to support service delivery.

The successful candidate will use their SQL skills to extract data from complex data tables and, via Power BI, provide management information reports and dashboards to support reporting throughout our governance structure.

You will use your advanced excel skills to produce key reports that will aid to shape and inform THCH’s long term investments programme in our existing homes and inform THCH’s Operations Teams. Further to this you will report data errors and exceptions to ensure data quality and integrity.

About you

You will have experience in SQL reporting and know how to best use Power BI and Excel to demonstrate the story the data is telling us.

You will be flexible in dealing with dynamic demands and priorities and will be able to interpret what the business need is when agreeing report specifications with non-technical colleagues.

Other requirements include:


  • Degree Level or HNC/HND or work-based experience in an appropriate subject

  • Knowledge and some experience of using packages such as Power BI and Access

  • Advanced MS Excel user

  • Knowledge of or experience with Power Automate – or an eagerness to explore and develop this area

  • Experience of dealing with large sets of data and being able to manipulate this into meaningful outputs

  • Critical thinker with attention to detail

  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude expressed with clear, concise written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Eagerness to explore and a level of curiosity to find a better way is encouraged
