Job responsibilities
- Implement new targeted reporting for Senior Management
- Implement Business Intelligence solutions to automate reporting
- Integrate Reporting into Online Data Stores and create Data Visualization and Analytics
- Work with LOBs and Corporate Functions to design and implement new reporting requirements or Data Analytics
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of the FBRT reporting process
- Data process automation
- Strong innovator, always challenging processes and seeking efficiencies
- Provide input and participate in various working groups to ensure appropriate capture of data, enhance data aggregation processes and reporting & control procedures
- Effectively collaborate with a global team
- Grow subject matter expertise in Firmwide Resiliency processes and practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- BA or BS degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, lead initiatives and bring tasks to complete closure
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
- Proficient with visualization tools (Tableau / Qlik Sense etc..)
- Proficient in ETL/data manipulation tools (Alteryx)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Relevant experience in Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge of financial products
- Experience with UI/UX design will be advantageous
- Proficient in key programming languages (Java, SQL, Python etc..)
