We are a growing, independent bar/restaurant company that wants the best people on board.
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Manager for Red Squirrel. Part of FullerThomson, Red Squirrel is a popular, well-established bar and restaurant, providing laid back drinking and dining in Edinburgh.

What we want from you:
· Excellent sales building ability
· Previous experience in ordering and stock takes.
· Strong financial and cost control knowledge
· You will be well-presented, articulate and organised and have friendly personality.
· Possess strong customer service skills, a passion for food and drink and thrive in providing great hospitality
· A confident personality, who leads by example
· Minimum 6 months bar/restaurant experience
