We are looking for a talented manufacturing engineer to help us expand our manufacturing operations.

A skilled manufacturing engineer with a passion for driving the industry forward and making the possible real. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and enjoy developing and implementing new solutions. You are an analytical problem solver and capable of developing data driven plans who can clearly communicate ideas with all stake-holders. You have a proven track record improving efficiency and quality through sound manufacturing processes.
What We Expect From You:
- Develop a clear understanding of the existing manufacturing processes and identify and implement operational improvements including workflow organization, automation, and plant layout changes.
- Work with outside contractors to implement innovative tooling.
- Develop flexible solutions that meet current demands and can expand/evolve to meet future opportunities.
- Understanding of ERP systems as a tool for planning and execution.
- Work with supply chain partners to achieve efficient inventory flow.
- Provide regular reporting to teammates on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
- Provide clear manufacturing practices documentation.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and solution development skills.
- Demonstrated track record in solution development and execution.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
