Job description
This is an all-round role which will give you great exposure to several areas across the business. The duties including purchase and sales ledger management, payments to domestic and international partners and inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliations, liaising with HMRC and other admin work around office.
Job Responsibilities:
· Daily bank reconciliations
· Management of General ledger
· Ensure timely and accurate processing and payment of supplier provisions/invoices in the most cost-efficient manner
· Filling and other administrative duties
· Inventories check
· Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice
· Providing appropriate analysis and recommendations to influence key decisions and business development
Requirements:
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills
· Good knowledge of accounting processes
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight timelines and to act on own initiative
· Excellent communication skills and competent at communicating at all levels with both finance and non-finance teams
· Mandarin Chinese speaking
· Have legal work status

Salary: £21,600.00-£24,000.00 per year
