Job description
- As an employee of Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust the post holder would be working towards a BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy degree in partnership with the University of Hertfordshire ‘on’ and ‘off’ the job learning.
- The apprentice will be based within the Adult Learning Disability Service.
- The apprentice will work as part of the community therapy provision implementing Occupational Therapy interventions under the direction of qualified staff. The nature of the interventions will change as the post holder acquires and applies theory to practise reflecting knowledge gained through study.

Our EPUT NHS staff bank is an entity managed by the trust that hires clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to take on shifts at our trust hospitals and community settings. Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.
All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.
