Revival is a e-commerce drinks brand with a focus on hydration, vitamin's and wellness. We are growing extremely fast both domestically and internationally and we currently trade in UK, EU, USA and UAE.

Title: Junior Manager

Hours: Permeant (Full Time)

Location: Portishead

The company adopts a flat structure and you will report directly to the CEO.

We are seeking a Junior Manager who is looking to join a growing, International business and has the desire to progress into global general management role.

Due to our very strong growth, our outsourced business model is no longer viable from an economic or operation standpoint. We have recently moved the company to the South West and are now looking for a Manager to manage the day to day operations of the business.

The role is very broad and will encompass:

  • Building out the team (recruitment)
  • Managing other members of staff
  • Building our process for tasks we will be in-housing
  • Managing operation risk
  • Driving efficiencies and helping with both domestic and international growth.

The successful candidate will be involved will be responsible for developing and managing all functions and building out our teams/hiring .

This position offers an accelerated path to progression for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute innovative e-commerce strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and vision. Identify new market opportunities, analyse consumer trends, and implement measures to enhance our online presence.
  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website. Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns are up-to-date, and the website offers a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement effective digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing to drive website traffic and increase customer acquisition.
  • Customer Experience: Champion an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey. Monitor and optimize customer service processes, resolve escalated customer issues, and proactively address any potential roadblocks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-backed decisions to enhance overall performance.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient inventory management, including stock levels, warehousing, and fulfilment processes to maintain adequate product availability.
  • Operation oversight: Across all business functions ensuring smooth and efficient processing and function. To excel at this role the candidate must learn all functions to be able to provide coverage and support
  • People Management: The scope of this role is to be a manager across all departments. Thus, expectations include year end reviews for staff, hiring, managing holidays / coverage, approving leave and monitoring hours. Oversight to ensure all members of staff are working towards companies’ objectives and are motivated and happy.

What we are looking for:

  • Candidates with 7+ years experience, exceptional candidates with less will be considered, however individuals with less than 5 years experience will not be eligible for this role.
  • Role will fit a candidate who already has some management experience and is looking to step into a role with more responsibility
  • Strong working knowledge of processes and optimisation will be viewed favourably
  • Start up experience and working within in ecommerce will be highly advantageous
  • Experience working in a high pace demanding role
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems / concepts quickly and create innovative solutions and come up with ideas across the marketing spectrum.
  • Must be committed to the long term success of the business, able to work in a small team with a flat structure.
  • Is able and willing to move into a more senior management position in the coming years. This individual will be the most senior person in the office day to day. They must be confident and able to work autonomously
  • Knowledge of PPC, digital marketing, general ecommerce, shopify and amazon will be viewed very favourably

SALARY & PACKAGE

£28,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)
