About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a skincare brand scaling a global influencer program across TikTok, Snap, YouTube and Instagram. You'll get to recruit and work with trending content creators in the beauty and skincare space, both on paid campaigns and helping our affiliate program grow. This role reports directly into the Head of Influencer Marketing and works closely with the rest of the growth marketing team. This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week in our London office (near Old Street station).
Responsibilities
- Your main north star in this role is to recruit, convert and coordinate campaigns with a pipeline of content creators to promote our prescription skincare and cosmetic products.
- You will be accountable for weekly performance targets of new affiliate influencers that join our program and total new conversions to the business.
- Manage discovery and outreach activities to help scale the influencer marketing program. We want everyone to know our brand on IG and TikTok and you get to be an instrumental part of that journey.
- Support the creation of new campaign briefs and documents following brand guidelines to make sure our influencers constantly have a pipeline of new creative ways to promote our content.
- Keep an eye on what's happening out there! You'll find inspiration from what other brands and content creators are doing in the space and feed them back into our ideation meetings.
- Responsible for creating weekly reports and supporting the wider team on monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Work closely with the organic social team and the rest of the growth team to develop campaigns based on best performing content from nano networks and affiliates.
- Work on new ideas to build and nurture relationships with our affiliate network. The more engaged they are the more new customers they'll bring to our business.
- Over time you will become our influencer whisperer! You'll ask for insights and input them into our CRM platform and share highlights on our shared Slack channels and team meetings.
- You will also make sure to keep our campaign calendar and working tools up to date (for example: Hubspot for deal pipeline, Awin for affiliate recruiting, and Brandbassador).
Requirements
We're looking for a social media native user who loves to seek new trends with an interest in building a career in influencer marketing or growth marketing. You're a hustler with attention to detail and a personal interest in joining a fast growing scale up in the beauty and healthtech space.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Good briefing and communication skills
- Data-driven with ability to pull insights from historical data
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Experience with a CRM tool is a plus
