Job description
We at Alpha24 currently require Children’s Mental Health Support Worker to work Mental health Groups as well as various which specialise in Mental Health/Units/Supported Living. Our client requires candidates with experience in:
- Complex needs
- Supported Living
- Mental Health Care Homes
- Autism
- Learning disabilities
- Eating disorders
- Substance Misuse
- Personal Care
The clients currently require candidates that are flexible either working ad-hoc shifts or block bookings. They have full time work available and we can offer advance bookings of up to 1 week or up to 3 months. Both night and day staff are required.
Candidates that deliver an exceptional service will be offered block bookings
Applicants will be required to have a minimum of 1 years’ previous experience working within UK mental health Children settings, Reference will need to be provided.
Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role
- DBS – Must be on the Update Service
- Experience with children
- Face to Face Mandatory Training (we can also organize this)
- Right to Work - If you are on a 20 hour student visa or Sponsorship you are not eligible for this role.
- Proof of NI
- Car driver preferred but not required
- Covid -19 vaccination (double vaccinated)
