Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for new Customer Service Assistants to join our expanding team on the biggest railway project in Europe in 100 years.
The role will cover the TFL Railway line and you will be working between Stratford to Shenfield.
Your main responsibility is to assist customers travelling on the rail network, engaging with passengers and enhancing their travelling experience, promoting a culture of safety and security by being a reassuring presence, offering help and guidance.
You'll love meeting and getting to know people, and be needed to assist customers with enquiries and deliver excellent customer service during periods of disruption, helping to manage crowds and assisting with onward journeys.
Are you available for the following?
ü Morning shifts starting from 4:32am.
ü Evening shifts finishing at 1:45am.
ü Working weekends.
ü Live locally to TFL Rail stations from Romford - Brentwood

· All staff are required to work across Monday to Sunday so being available to work weekends is essential.
