Your role
We’re looking for a Management Support Officer for the following duties:
- Managing and organizing the diary, schedule and correspondence for the Chief Business Officer and potentially supporting other senior managers
- Performing ‘day to day’ administration such as travel planning and booking, event organisation, records management and internal communication tasks
- Supporting the Operating Management with tasks like invoice handling, maintaining organisational structures, responding to ad-hoc requests and tasks.
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as senior UBS staff, operating managers, executive assistants, booking agents, etc. across the firm to achieve the best outcome
Your team
Your expertise
- Ideally several years in the financial services industry as an executive assistant, mgmt. support officer or part of a Chief of Staff organisation
- Experience in handling and safeguarding confidential information
- Ability to communicate with senior executives in a diplomatic and confident manner
- Excellent organizational skills and an eye for details
- Ability to interact, build and leverage relationships with different functional stakeholders proactively, anticipating needs of the senior leader and find efficient and pragmatic solutions
- Fluent in English, great communicator with a can-do-attitude
