Job Description
he key responsibilities for the Management Accountant include:
- Full end to end Management Accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries onto the accounting system
- Oversee the export of trial balances from the system and upload data
- Prepare accounting entries for other movements in loan notes and ensure reconciliations are kept up to date
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Assist the Financial Controller with divisional reporting and analysis
- Assist with implementation of appropriate internal controls and procedures and ensure compliance
- Ad hoc duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the Management Accountant role is:
- Someone with experience in a similar role
- Studying a finance qualification- i.e CIMA , ACCA - desirable will consider qualified by experience
- Experience using an ERP system
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work in a team
