About Our Client
Our client are a fast-growing acquisitive private equity backed group in the health care industry with their head office based in Berkshire. They provide over one hundred health care, education and support services across the UK.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of management accounts and support in the preparation of annual statutory accounts
- Preparation of annual audit packs and liasing with external auditors
- Balance sheet reconcilliations and journal preparation
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Cashflow forecasting and reporting
- Support in preparation of the annual budget
- Ad hoc project work and support in process improvements
- Line management of Assistant Management accountant
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent qualification) with a proven management accounting skill set. You will have excellent communcation skills and enjoy working as part of a team, being able to build relationships with various teams across different locations.
