Who will I be supporting?
We currently support three gentlemen and a lady with learning disabilities and autism, to live their lives as independently as possible
They live in their own homes next door to each other with some lovely outdoor space and a communal area for when they're feeling social - it's perfect for BBQs and outdoor games in the summer!
They're really in to their football and are loving the World Cup!
They also enjoy going on bike rides, learning how to train dogs and catching up with their friends and family
When they're at home they like playing computers games and watching YouTube
What will I be doing?
They're looking for fun and active people to join their team and support them to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
They would also like support with their personal care (varying degrees of independence), medication, food shopping and domestic tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
What shifts are available?
Day shifts are typically 8am - 10pm
Waking nights are typically 10pm - 8am
We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes a combination of weekdays and weekends
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance - something we're very passionate about!
