We are a long established manufacturing company looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our friendly team.
As Office Assistant, it will be your role to ensure the smooth running of the office.
The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
- An organised and self motivated individual
- Excellent time keeping skills
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent administration skills
- Good telephone manner and written communication skills.
Job Description:
- Answering the telephone and dealing with any enquiries
- Invoicing and deliveries
- Liaising with Client's and dealing with queries in a timely manner
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Data inputting
- General administration duties.
Please note - On job training will be provided.

Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 17:15
Friday 09:00 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 16:00

Salary: £21,000.00 - £25,000.00 per year, dependent upon experience
