Job description
Main Duties
- Ensure plant, equipment, and facilities are maintained correctly and are kept in good working order
- Maximising output for all site processes
- Responsible for ensuring all site systems (blending, processing, loading, unloading, transferring, etc) are kept in good working order
- Site improvement projects
- Risk Assessments and PTW
- Inspections / Fault finding
- Carrying out site checks & servicing
- Defect management
- Product and process R&D
- Assisting site Operators with their daily tasks, as required (loading tankers, processing paperwork, fuel production, etc)
- Provide holiday and sickness cover for site Operators as required
Requirements
- Degree level Engineering qualification (ideally Process or Mechanical)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fork-lift truck training advantageous
- IOSH, NEEBOSH (or equivalent) qualifications advantageous
Salary
- £33,500 - £38,500
Hours
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Alternating weeks of 6am-2pm, 1pm-9pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £33,500.00-£38,500.00 per year
