An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced administrator / accounts assistant.
This position is temp to perm and hours of work are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
The main duties of the role include:
- General administration duties
- Supporting the office
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
- Previous experience within an administrative / accounting assistant role
- Be fully computer literate
- Have experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel
- Previous book keeping experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience using Sage would be preferred, but not essential
- We are looking for a personable individual with a vibrant and bubbly personality, who is willing to work hard to achieve good results
