JOB DESCRIPTION
Vivienne Westwood is currently recruiting for a full-time Wholesale Sales Executive to join the Showroom team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most iconic English Fashion Brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a point of contact for customers and responding to queries
- Consolidate current accounts while expanding the client database.
- Sample movement management
- Maintaining visual standards in the showroom at a luxury level
- Arrange clients visits to the showroom
- Meeting with buyers to present and sell new collections
- Processing and checking of orders efficiently
- Update client database
- Liaise frequently with clients to monitor the collection’s performance and analyse sell-through reports.
- Assist in the formation of strategies to aid the improve of low sales
- Liaise with the marketing team to promote activities to increase our key accounts’ performances.
- Liaise with Production and Logistic teams to ensure a high level of customer service
- Travel to visit VW stores and produce merchandising reports.
- Administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets and reports, sales and order records along with expenses
PROFILE & KEY SKILLS
- 2 years experience in this role or similar
- Good IT and administration skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- High level of resilience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great sense of self motivation, ambition and determination
- Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent prestation skills
- Good self management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
