Title: Human Resources Manager
Hours: 30 hours per week, Term Time Only + 10 Days (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Grade 6 (NJC 30 – 33), £36,298 to £39,493 per annum (pro rata:
£25,964 to £28,249 per annum)

The Olympus Academy Trust is looking for an experienced and confident Human Resources Manager to play a pivotal role for Winterbourne Academy and Abbeywood Community School working for the Trust’s Central HR Team. We value our people and are looking for a highly motivated HR professional to lead and manage our HR function to support all aspects of the people journey within the Trust.
Lead and manage the HR function at school level and ensure all members of the management carry out their work in an efficient and effective manner and that HR provides the appropriate systems and structures to support the school and Trust achieve its objectives.
