• To set & operate a Press brake, including tool changing & material loading.
• To review works orders, drawings & instructions to enable component production.
• The accurate folding & forming of components, with an understanding of handing, mating parts & bending allowances.
• The measurement, inspection & identification of finished components.
• The logging & data entry of production operations onto the company FMS platform.
• Working to the production order of priorities, efficiently & within the production time constraints as communicated by the Team leader.
• Maintain a clean working area, clear access to safety controls & pedestrian walkways.
• The safe offloading, transfer & storage of material.
• Maintaining quality control for all operations & to procedures.
• Conduct regular scheduled in-house maintenance & machine safety checks.
• Reporting any equipment, quality, safety & operational concerns to the Team Leader.
• Following all Health & Safety Procedures.
• Any other reasonable duties as required by Management.

• CNC machine setting, operation & dimensional measurement.
• Wearing the specific PPE & safety equipment required for the operations.
• Willingness to continuously learn & be trained in the company’s operations.
• FLT counterbalance certification optional.

• Frequent & repetitive bending, stretching, lifting & the ability to stand for long periods of time.

• Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 15:00
• £10.42 - £14 per hour
• 41 hours per week
