Supacolour is a manufacturer of world's best heat transfer. We are looking for unique individuals join our team in the Screen Department. Potential candidates possess the follow attributes:

Screen Washer / Screen Maker:

As a part of the Screen Team has a very important role of setting up jobs coming up for print and reclaiming screens from jobs that are printed. As a Screen Washer / Screen Maker you will be reclaiming screens by washing them, making screens and assisting printers in production of transfers.

Task & Responsibilities:

• Wash of ink residue & reclaim screens using equipment such as a pressure washer
• Dry screens in dryer and prep for burning (imaging)
• Set up, load, adjust, control and operate machinery to make screens
• Maintain quality by inspecting the work of team members
• Shuts-down machinery by removing ink; cleaning parts and components; returning materials to stock
• Ensure machinery operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements following manufacturer's instructions
• Maintain clean & tidy workspace
• Communicate problems with jobs and troubleshoot them with team members and supervisors
• Operate hand truck, paper jog, dolly and/or pallet jack in loading and unloading.
• Work long hours on feet or actively moving around
• Afternoon Shift:- 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday
• Able to lift 40 lbs
• Perform tasks by following instructions and adhere to all safety rules without exception.
• Effectively communicate with other team members
• Assist production team in any other tasks to complete jobs successfully

Job Requirements/Experience

• Have clear and good vision to see print quality, colours and registration
• Have good touch and feel
• Screen making and reclaiming experience of 2 years preferred
• Screen printing experience of 2 years preferred
• Reliable transportation
