A Manufacturing company based in Brierley Hill are searching for a Machine Operator to join their team on a permanent basis working Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00. The company themselves have been working in their particular industry for over 70 years.

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading a range of Machines.
- Learning to become a setter of Machines in the coming months.
- Learning more skills such as Setter, Changing tools, Troubleshooting etc…
- Ensuring the Machine area is kept organised and tidy through the shift.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Have previous experience as a Machine Operator will be beneficial but not essential.
- Have a keen interest in the Mechanical industry.
- Willing to learn and grow with a business who are looking to invest in training people to become Machine Setters.
- A FLT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Be an enthusiastic and committed to the role and progressing with the business.
