Who are Pockets?
We are a Luxury Menswear Designer store. We have been in the Fashion Business over 25 years and have always had excellent knowledge on the industry. We strive to achieve great customer service online and in person. Over the years the stores have transformed and kept up to date with fast paced nature of the industry. One of the few remaining large independent Menswear in the UK, where everything is done in house with a small creative team.
Role Responsibility:
*Positively interact with potential and existing clients. Answering queries and providing guidance on our services, enabling customers to choose the most suitable option for them.
*Providing our unique selling service by maintaining customer care, responding to client enquiries, personal shopping and tailoring service.
*You will maintain standards/cleaning throughout the store and stockrooms, including stock control throughout our 6 story building and help stock management to our other 3 stores and website.
*Work confidently and collaboratively with all departments of the store, from in store sales team, warehouse and online.
Stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your product knowledge, and being aware of competitor activity.
You will be partaking in visual merchandise across the store, working with the Store Manager to deliver high visual standards that exceed customer expectations and inspire a great store environment unique to Pockets.
Working collaboratively to drive sales through strong merchandising, window schemes, mannequin styling, point of sale and product layout whilst working within Pockets style.
You will be:Collaborative. Supporting the team, you will help to deliver exceptional service to our customers seeking a unique experience.
A proud shopkeeper. You understand there are various elements of your role. From maintaining a clean and tidy environment, helping with cashing up and supporting the wider team when needed, you will be flexible in your role.

A great communicator. You will adapt your style and service to suit customer needs and preference. Genuinely connecting with your customers while guiding them on the services and support that best suit their needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £8.00-£11.00 per hour
