We are looking for a call centre agent who can work from home to make calls to our patients for our medical practice. The agent will act as the key link between our company and patients. We will provide full training on our services for the role. Your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s treatments and maximise sales growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answering phones and booking in patients.
Talking with patients and assessing client’s needs and providing information on our medical treatments.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven work experience in sales.
Familiarity with databases and statistics.
Knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Strong organisational and time management skills.

Salary: £21,000.00-£29,986.92 per year
